At the Means Language Center we offer personalized tutoring for the College Board's Advanced Placement (AP®) Tests in: French, Spanish, Chinese, German, Japanese, Latin, and Italian.
Some of our tutors have helped design the exams. All of our tutors are professional foreign language teachers (and/or college professors) who thoroughly understand the test-prep process. We work with students and parents to customize the focus of tutoring and to set specific objectives.
Some foci include: Picture Sequence, Speaking Section, Past Tenses, Writing Proficiency, Literature Essays, Literary Terms, and Direct Responses.
Students who study with us achieve high functional proficiency in the target language and they receive higher scores on the target AP® test.
